Gombak and Klang Riverside

The project area stretches from Titiwangsa Lake Gardens in the north to Midvalley in the south. This includes a 10.7 kilometers stretch along the Klang and Gombak rivers, which has been developed to support recreational activities along the river – walking, jogging, cycling and picnicking. 

The riverbanks have been equipped with boardwalks and pavements making a contiguous walk from Midvalley to the World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur possible. Guiding lights, lit at night, guide the way to and along the river. Guiding galleries act as information centers. Shade structures have been erected providing a place to rest and enjoy the view. Flowers and plants beautify the riverbanks.
